Established in 1956, the department has been promoted to a four-year-course for offerings a bachelor degree. As the parent organization of Gyeongbuk College of Health, Dept. of Nursing, with 60 years of history and tradition, is playing a role as a spearhead for the development of nursing science along with preservation and promotion of health of local community as nation’s best nursing educational institute both in name and reality. 7,000 graduates produced by the heart and soul with excellent educational environment including outstanding professors and cutting edge educational materials and the best clinical training center are fulfilling their duties for national medical care, nursing education and community service. About Department of Power Plant Design
In general, the term ‘plant’ refers to the device, plant equipment or production facilities that enable physical and chemical actions by supplying raw materials and energy to obtain necessary substances or energy. Power plant means commonly a power station and the educational objectives of Department of Power Plant Design is to educate machine design and pipe design which are the core fields to build a power station.
